Important Booking Policies

Large Group Deposit: "For bookings of 8 or more guests, a deposit is required to secure your table. This amount will be deducted from your final bill."
Grace Period: "Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past your booking time. Please call us if your party is running late."
Dining Limits: "To ensure all guests can enjoy Vena Vegan, dining times are limited to 2 hours during peak periods."

Allergies & Occasions: "Please note any severe allergies, dietary requirements, or special milestones in the comments section so our team can prepare."
Seating Requests: "We do our best to accommodate specific seating preferences, but cannot guarantee them during busy shifts."
